The COVID-19 pandemic has forced event presenters (festivals, venues, concert series, artists, and more) to shift from in-person to virtual events. This can be an overwhelming process, trying to assess your audience’s needs while also keeping your head above water.

While things have been changing with more vaccines being available worldwide, there are still a plethora of benefits to hosting virtual or hybrid events. We’ve created this guide, in partnership with Majestic Collaborations, to help you plan the most inclusive, accessible virtual events possible.

This resource was created as part of the Changing the Tune project, developed in partnership with Majestic Collaborations, and made possible thanks to a grant from Performing Arts Readiness, funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
