CD Release Party for Rob Van Sante & Janie Meneely

FSGW presents its first hybrid event, a CD Release Party for Rob Van Sante & Janie Meneely on Saturday, April 30 from 7:30-10:30 EDT. The event, which celebrates the release of 2 CDs, one by Rob and one by Janie, will be simultaneously held at Tonal Park in Takoma Park, Maryland and online.
Rob’s CD, For the Love of It All is a collection of traditional and contemporary folk favorites that Rob says he has been “playing around the world during my 45 plus years as a touring musician.” For the Love of It All includes two songs Janie and Rob co-wrote. Janie describes the album as “a multi-instrumental banquet with a political undertone.”
Janie’s CD, When I Sing, features original songs that give the women’s perspective on classic songs and stories of the sea.

Pre-registration is required, no admissions will be sold at the door. All in-person attendees must be vaccinated and boosted, if eligible. Vaccination status will be checked at the door, please bring your card or a digital photo. Masks (N95 / KN94 or equivalent) are required at all times.
Suggested donation is $20 for FSGW Members and $25 for non-members.
