Club Passim Presents: Charissa Hoffman and Jess Kerber
July 22, 2021 @ 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM EDT
$10Raised by a musical family in Nashville, TN, Charissa quickly established herself as a formidable instrumentalist through her originals and chord-melody arrangements, and began playing writer’s rounds and concerts everywhere from local festivals to the Bluebird Cafe. Through her nonprofit concert campaign, Uke Can End It, she performed alongside artists like Al Nobriga, Kristin Andreassen and Phil Keaggy, and raised enough funds to finance a rescue operation for anti-slavery organization International Justice Mission.
Jess Kerber is a 20 year-old singer/songwriter from the Greater New Orleans area, taking influences from the 60s/70s era of folk. With both parents being musicians, from an early age she was exposed to artists such as Joni Mitchell, The Allman Brothers, and Bill Evans.
