Cris continues her popular monthly series, Olivia Records Livestream Retrospective, this time revisiting the 90’s, with selections from four albums: Circle of Friends, Postcards from Paradise, Between the Covers and Radio Quiet. Circle of Friends is a live concert recording of the 15th Changer and the Changed Anniversary Show. Postcards, Between the Covers, and Radio Quiet are three recordings done in collaboration with Tret Fure. Postcards from Paradise is notably the last recording Cris did on Olivia Records, prior to forming her own label Wolf Moon Records. Cris will chose some favorites from each of these and turn it into an hour of music for you. Come gather together.

With 32 albums to her credit, Cris Williamson is best know for her classic album, “The Changer And The Changed.”  Released in 1975 on Olivia Records, this music became the soundtrack of a movement, and was key in the launch of what would become known as “women’s music,” music which was created, performed, and marketed specifically by and for women. Today, this record remains a favorite of so many people, and one of the best-selling independent releases of all time. Cris is currently recording her new cd, her 33rd, scheduled for a fall release.
