If you're an FAI Member, we can help you submit your work for a GRAMMY!

Applications to submit to the GRAMMY awards are now open! Artists, if you are a Recording Academy member, you have until August 30, 2024, to submit your recordings to the Online Entry Process Access Period. Find out more about Grammy key dates and deadlines here.

Are you an FAI Member? We can submit for you!

If you are not a member of the Recording Academy, you can still have your album submitted for the Best Folk Album category on your behalf. In addition to asking any Recording Academy member label or agency to submit on your behalf, FAI is happy to do so for our members. Please fill out this form and make a payment to have FAI submit your eligible recording.

We are able to submit recordings on behalf of our members for $25 through July 26, 2024. If you submit your recording from July 27 - August 15, the cost will be $75. The rate increases again to $125 on August 16. All submissions must be received by August 27.

We know that the current GRAMMY submissions are not indicative of the full range of folk music being created by our community. Help us expand the industry view of our genre (listed under the American Roots category) by submitting eligible recordings to the Best Folk Album category!

You do not need to be an American artist to submit or be nominated for a GRAMMY. Your recording simply needs to be commercially released for general distribution in the United States during the eligible time period (September 16, 2023 - August 30, 2024).

If you have any more questions about submitting to the Recording Academy, check out this FAQ page. Best of luck!
