Folk Alliance International 2025 Conference Registration Refund Request Form
Please note that FAI can only process refunds to the credit card used to make the original purchase. The main purchaser must be the one to ask for a refund. Once the refund is processed, an email will be sent to the main purchaser. Please make sure that the contact information below matches the main purchaser's information.
Registration fees are refundable minus a $75 fee if you cancel anytime up to 30 days prior to the event.
Alternatively, you can defer your registration to next year’s conference with no fee anytime up to 30 days prior to the event. A deferral to next year’s conference has no cash value and cannot be refunded, cannot be used toward membership fees, nor does it guarantee future exhibit space.
